returns    Your satisfaction is very important!  If you are dissatisfied for any reason, return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund (less shipping charges).  Returns must be received in saleable condition.  Returns must be appropriately packaged and sent via insured UPS or USPS and prepaid.  This is for your protection as shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING ARE NOW FREE ON ALL ONLINE ORDERS!

Items purchased online will be shipped within approximately 10 business days via UPS or United States Postal Service.  You will be contacted by e-mail if there is an expected delay in the shipment of your order.   A confirmation will be sent to the e-mail provided once your order has shipped.

Great care is given to the packaging and shipping of your order; however, we cannot be responsible for the handling or loss of our packages by the carrier (UPS, USPS).  The recipient of the order assumes all responsibility in filing any claim for damages or loss in shipping, if necessary.  Carriers will expect to see the original box and all of the original packaging materials in order to file any claims for damages.  For your added protection, all shipments are insured for the full purchase price.  The customer is responsible for the costs of all shipping and handling fees on packages returned to the studio.

sales tax    Sales tax of 8.51% will be added to all Oklahoma orders.

payment by e-check.  I am happy to accept payment by E-check.  However, please note that Paypal will not release payment until E-check funds have cleared the bank.  Goods will not be shipped until funds are received, which may result in a delay of the shipment of your order.

duplicate orders.  Every attempt is made to keep the website completely up to date; however, since many of my pieces are one-of-a-kind, there is a small possibility that an item may have been subject to prior sale.  If this should occur, you will be informed via e-mail and be promptly refunded the entire purchase price.

international orders.  Online shopping available for US residents only.  All others please contact me via e-mail for offline options.
